The store is open until 10 PM. The inside and the parking lot are brightly lit, cameras cover the floor with a live monitor on the wall, and the building has an alarm system.
Is there someone working there?
The store is self-serve, so there is no counter to go to. Staff clean the store on scheduled shifts throughout the day. If a machine takes your money, call (540) 798-1647 and you will be refunded.
The machines
How big are the machines?
Washers run from 20 pounds to 60 pounds. A home washer holds about 10, so the 60-pound machines take about six loads at once. There are six of them.
Can I wash a comforter or a king-size blanket?
Yes. That is what the 60-pound washers are for. King bedding, sleeping bags and curtains fit too.
Do you offer wash and fold or drop-off?
No. The store is self-serve only. You wash and dry your own laundry using the machines.
What happens if a machine breaks or takes my money?

How much does a wash cost?
$3.50 for a 20-pound washer, $5.00 for 30, $6.00 for 40 and $8.00 for 60. Dryer prices are on the pricing page. See the price list.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes. The machines take quarters, and two bill changers inside the store turn your bills into quarters. There is an ATM on site.

Yes, from a vending machine inside. There is also snack and soda vending and an ATM.
