What this site is

This website is run by Williamson Road Laundromat, a self-serve laundromat at 4206 Williamson Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24012. It describes the store, its machines, its prices, its hours and how to pay. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Prices, hours and machine details

Prices and hours on this site are kept current as closely as we can, but the price posted on a machine and the hours posted at the store are the ones that apply on the day. Machine sizes and the list of what is on site describe the store as it is normally run; a machine may be out for repair on a given day.

Refunds

If a machine fails and takes your money, the store refunds it. Call (540) 798-1647 or email williamsonroadlaundromat@gmail.com with the machine number and what happened.

Links to other services

The site links to Google Maps for directions and to the store’s Google profile for reviews. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which apply once you leave this site.

Using the site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own use. Do not copy the photographs or text for use elsewhere without asking. Do not use the contact form to send anything unlawful, abusive or unrelated to the store.

Limits

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Williamson Road Laundromat is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site’s information or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits any right you have under Virginia law as a customer of the store.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version.
